General Customer Support
We accept payment from all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. You may also try other payment options available such as PayPal.
We generally process orders within 5 business days, depending on order volume.
Transit time ranges from 5-10 business days and it is based on the ship to location We use UPS ground for all orders. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
*Bigs Only cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, including, but not limited to delivery to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or delays by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, or freight forwarders.
To get your packages to you promptly, we process orders into our system within 24 hours after they are placed online. If you reach out during business hours (Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm EST) we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided.
You can also check your account with us to see the status of the orders you have placed.
We ship all orders from Knoxville, TN.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all purchases made on our website within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.
After we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
You can choose to exchange an item instead of a refund to your original payment. You can also exchange for a different size (the same product) at no extra cost. Please contact us using the form below to make sure that we have the size you need in stock.
Exchange orders will be processed after the returned order is received at our shop. The new exchange order will be shipped back to the original shipping address with our standard 5-10 day shipping.
NOTE: Store credits will be based on the original purchase price of the item. If a discount was applied to the original order, the total dollars for the exchange will be reflective of this discount and not the full-price cost of the item.
Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible with a photo of the item(s) that were damaged in shipping.
